Junior Production Designer (Scenography) – Project Execution

Workplace: Rzgów

We're looking for someone with passion and attention to detail to support our design team in

creating extraordinary themed spaces.

If you have an eye for color, texture, and visual storytelling — and thrive in a dynamic, creative

environment — this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Production Designer in supervising artistic finishes (e.g. wood aging, painting

techniques, wall textures);

• Reviewing and selecting material samples based on project documentation;

• Coordinating with themed teams: painters, carpenters, architects, decorators;

• Conducting on-site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards;

• Documenting progress and reporting any deviations from the design;

• Assisting with the installation of props and final decorative details;

• Translating creative concepts into tangible visual effects in physical spaces.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education in scenography, production design, interior design, or a related field;

• Knowledge of finishing techniques, painting methods, and material aging (weathering);

• Experience in themed environments (theme parks, theatre, exhibitions, immersive

experiences) is a plus;

• Strong organisational and communication skills, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary

teams;

• Aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail;

• Communicative level of English.

What We Offer:

• Participation in unique projects in the entertainment and themed experience industry;

• Work within a creative and supportive team;

• Professional development in a space where art meets technology;

• Real influence on the final look and feel of the projects and spaces;

• Access to discounts in the park and with our partners;

• Group insurance, co-financing of medical care and sports card;

• Optional free online English lessons.
